Am I Eligible?
Linked to Scotland’s Strategic Framework, the purpose of this grant is to provide support to businesses impacted by protective measures in the form of:
  • A grant of £2,000 or £3,000 (depending on rateable value) for business premises required to close by law, payable every four weeks for the duration protective measures are in place;
  • A hardship grant of £1,400 or £2100 (depending on rateable value) for businesses premises that remain open but are specifically required to modify their operations by protective measures, payable every four weeks for the duration measures are in place
To be eligible, businesses must meet all of the following criteria.

My business is not connected to a tax haven, as set out in the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No. 2) Act 2020.
